Labod - Laundry Booking Platform
Partnering with Labod, we built a digital platform that modernized how customers book cleaning services and how branches manage daily operations. Online scheduling, transparent pricing, notifications, loyalty functionality, and back-office workflows were brought together into one system.
Bringing 179 years of service into a digital-first experience
Labod had a trusted brand and long history, but much of the customer journey still depended on walk-in visits, manual intake, and paper-based workflows. Customers had no online booking, limited pricing visibility, and no automated updates on their orders.
Internally, branches followed different processes, making order management harder to standardize and scale. The challenge was to modernize the service without losing the trust and familiarity associated with the Labod brand.
// From choosing your pickup time to handing over your clothes, the entire journey is designed to feel effortless. The step-by-step flow shows how customers schedule, add items, and relax while everything is handled. It captures the ease and convenience of a service built to remove the weight of everyday chores.
Redesigning the service, not just the website
We treated the project as a broader change to how Labod operates rather than simply adding online booking.
We mapped the customer journey from choosing a service through completion, while also looking at how locations manage pricing, orders, and daily operations behind the scenes. UX/UI design, prototyping, engineering, and cloud infrastructure were then developed around one consistent flow for both customers and staff.
One platform from booking to back office
We designed and built a digital platform that connects the customer-facing booking experience with the operational tools Labod needs to manage its services.
- /Online scheduling — Customers can choose services and schedule their visit digitally instead of relying solely on walk-in intake.
- /Transparent services and pricing — The platform makes available services and pricing easier to browse before the customer commits to an order.
- /Automated customer notifications — Customers receive updates when their items are ready, reducing uncertainty and unnecessary communication with individual branches.
- /Unified back-office operations — Branches use a shared system for locations, pricing, service categories, and order management, creating a more consistent operational process.
Together, these elements moved Labod from fragmented offline workflows toward a single digital service model that is easier for customers to use and simpler for the business to operate and extend.
Numbers that moved.
