Can we start with one model and switch later?+

What is the difference between Dedicated Agile Teams and Staff Augmentation?+
With a Dedicated Agile Team, we take responsibility for delivery. With Staff Augmentation, our specialists join your existing team while you keep ownership of the roadmap, process, and delivery.
When does Fixed Scope & Price work best?+
It works best when the requirements are settled, the expected outcome is clear, and budget or deadline certainty matters. If the scope is still moving, a more flexible model is usually a better fit.
