LWGH - Social Sustainability Platform
Partnering with LWGH, we created a digital platform to improve how social sustainability data is collected and understood. The platform uses structured questionnaires to gather employee input and turn it into practical insights for leadership.
Making social sustainability measurable without making it complex
LWGH needed a digital platform that could collect meaningful social sustainability data while remaining intuitive enough for a broad range of users.
The challenge was balancing a simple user experience with structured questionnaires, reliable data collection, and useful outputs for decision-makers. Beta testing also had to be built into the process so feedback could shape the product before wider rollout.
Designing around participation first
We started with discovery to understand LWGH’s goals, the data they needed to collect, and how different users would interact with the platform.
From there, we designed and prototyped the core questionnaire experience before moving into web development. The product was refined iteratively, using beta testing and feedback to improve usability, data quality, and the overall flow before deployment.
A platform that turns employee input into actionable insight
We built a web platform that guides users through structured questionnaires and gives leadership a clearer view of social sustainability performance.
- /Guided questionnaire experience — Questionnaires are divided into manageable sections, with clear questions and supporting explanations that help users understand and complete each step efficiently.
- /Sustainability scoring — The platform presents indicators including the LWGH Score, Average Employee Score, and Leader / Follower Quadrant to make results easier to interpret.
- /Leadership analytics — Bar charts, line graphs, participation rates, and category trends help leadership identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for targeted improvement.
- /Scalable technical foundation — Built with React.js, Nest.js, and AWS, the platform was designed to support increasing participation, larger data volumes, and future product growth.
Together, these elements gave LWGH a more structured way to collect social sustainability data while making the experience easier for participants and more useful for leadership teams.
Numbers that moved.
“Working with higroup is always great, on time on budget and specifications and work plan clearly communicated by their project management team. The output is very good, they hold high quality standards and continually show us so. I love working with them.”
