Infrastructure is invisible when it works and the only thing anyone talks about when it does not. Our goal is the first state: deploys that are boring, alerts that mean something, and a bill you understand.
We define everything in code. No hand-clicked consoles, no undocumented resources, no single person who knows how production actually works. Terraform, containers, and pipelines that anyone on your team can read.
Most engagements start with a short audit of what you have, architecture, security posture, and spend, and end with a written plan and prioritised fixes. Whether we implement it or your team does is your call.
Capabilities
Cloud Architecture
Foundations sized to the workload you actually have. We design AWS environments that stay affordable at your current scale and do not need rebuilding at ten times it.
testCI/CD Pipelines
Deployment should be the least interesting part of your week. We build pipelines that make shipping routine and rolling back a single click.
learn moreContainerization
The same environment on a laptop, in CI, and in production. We containerise services so that "works on my machine" stops being a category of bug.
learn moreMonitoring
Know before your users tell you. We wire observability and on-call practice so problems surface early and get resolved without heroics.
learn moreAudit, then automate.
Audit
Two weeks reviewing architecture, security, and spend. You get a written plan.
Codify
Existing infrastructure moved into Terraform, reviewed like any other code.
Automate
Pipelines, environments, and rollbacks that remove humans from the risky parts.
Observe
Dashboards, alerts, and runbooks so on-call is survivable.
Cost is a design constraint
We rightsize as we go. A cheaper architecture is usually a simpler one.
No lock-in to us
Everything is in your repos and your accounts, documented for your team.
Security by default
Least privilege, secrets management, and audit trails from the first commit.
Common questions
What does your Cloud & DevOps service include?+
We help with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, security, cost optimisation, and ongoing infrastructure management.
Which cloud platforms do you work with?+
AWS is our primary cloud platform, but we can also work with existing Azure and other cloud environments where required.
Do you use infrastructure as code?+
Yes. We prefer infrastructure to be defined and versioned in code using tools such as Terraform, so environments are repeatable, reviewable, and not dependent on manual configuration.
Can you audit our existing cloud infrastructure first?+
Yes. Many engagements start with a focused audit covering architecture, security, reliability, deployment processes, observability, and cloud spend. You receive a prioritised list of findings and recommended fixes.
Can you improve our DevOps without rebuilding everything?+
Yes. We usually work with what already exists and improve it incrementally. That can mean fixing deployment pipelines, improving monitoring, reducing cloud costs, introducing Terraform, or removing operational bottlenecks.
Do you provide ongoing DevOps and cloud support?+
Yes. We can stay involved after the initial setup with infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, incident support, optimisation, and continuous improvements as your product grows.
