Tiffany & Co. - Virtual Sales Platform
The pandemic made it impossible to sell high-end jewelry through in-person experiences. We partnered with Tiffany & Co. to digitalize the process, developing a sales platform that delivers an immersive shopping experience.
Bringing the Blue Book experience online
Tiffany & Co. needed to launch its iconic Blue Book Collection while the world was in lockdown. The traditional roadshow, where selected clients could experience the collection in person, was no longer possible.
The challenge was to translate the exclusivity, personal attention, and visual detail of a high-jewellery appointment into a digital experience. It had to feel immersive and refined while giving the sales team a practical way to guide clients through the collection remotely.
// Responding swiftly, our approach leveraged innovation and advanced technology. We crafted a virtual experience that rivaled in-person interactions, establishing a new standard of engagement in the digital landscape.
Translating a luxury experience into a digital journey
We started by defining how the essential parts of the in-person experience could work online: discovering the collection, examining individual pieces and connecting with a sales associate for a personal consultation.
From there, we designed and engineered a focused virtual sales platform built around immersive product presentation and direct client engagement. The interface, 3D experience, backend and communication layer were developed as one connected product, with each part designed to preserve Tiffany & Co.’s premium brand experience.
