Most failed projects were mis-scoped, not badly built. The requirements were a wish list, the constraints surfaced in month four, and two stakeholders meant different things by the same word. A workshop is the cheapest place to find that out.
We run focused sessions, typically two to five days depending on scope, covering business goals, user journeys, technical constraints, and the things that could sink the project. We push on the assumptions nobody has written down, because those are what move an estimate by a factor of three.
You leave with a prioritised scope, a technical approach, identified risks, and an estimate we will stand behind. If the honest conclusion is that the project should not go ahead as imagined, we say so, that is a good outcome for a workshop and a cheap one at this stage.
