GreenGo - Discovery for Smart Mobility Platform
GreenGo was created to modernize urban mobility with a flexible, sustainable alternative to car ownership. We helped shape the concept through discovery, user research, UX/UI design, and technical planning, turning an early idea into a clear blueprint for a scalable smart mobility platform.
Defining a simpler way to move through the city
Urban transportation was becoming increasingly fragmented, costly, and environmentally unsustainable. GreenGo saw an opportunity to offer short-term access to electric vehicles through a digital-first carsharing experience.
The challenge was to validate the idea before committing to development: understand what users actually needed, map the key journeys, define the operational model, and determine how the platform could scale across Slovenian cities.
Reducing uncertainty before a line of production code
We started with a focused discovery engagement rather than jumping directly into development.
Through competitor analysis, user interviews, wireframes, user flows, and infrastructure planning, we tested the assumptions behind the concept and aligned the product around the most important user and business needs.
The goal was not to produce a large specification. It was to leave GreenGo with enough clarity to make confident decisions about what to build, how it should work, and what the technical foundation needed to support.
A blueprint for a scalable carsharing platform
The discovery phase produced a clear product direction covering the customer experience, operational requirements, and technical foundations of the future platform.
- /Customer journeys and personas — We mapped the main user groups and the journeys around discovering, booking, accessing, and using a vehicle.
- /Mobile product definition — Core app functionality was shaped around vehicle availability, reservation, access, payments, and the everyday needs of urban commuters.
- /Fleet and operational workflows — The product blueprint considered how vehicle availability, pricing models, and fleet operations would work behind the customer-facing experience.
- /Technical architecture — We defined the initial infrastructure and integration requirements needed to support a reliable platform and future expansion into additional cities.
Together, these outputs gave GreenGo a product blueprint that connected user needs, business requirements, and technical decisions before significant development investment was made.
Numbers that moved.
