Partnering with Digiteh and Adria Dom, we developed a Lean Production Management platform that digitalized the factory assembly line, guided workers through tasks in real time, and gave management a live view of production performance.
Bringing real-time visibility to a complex assembly line
Adria Dom was managing an increasingly complex multi-model assembly line with manual processes, fragmented data, and limited transparency. Workers lacked clear real-time guidance, while management had no consistent view of delays, errors, or progress across the factory.
The challenge was to connect planning and execution in one system, standardize how work was performed, and capture operational data continuously without disrupting production.

Connecting workers, systems, and production data
We worked closely with Digiteh and Adria Dom to understand how work moved through the factory and where visibility was being lost.
The solution was shaped around a digital twin of the production line, with ERP and simulation data connected to the tasks happening on the factory floor. Wearable devices then gave workers direct guidance while feeding execution data back into the system in real time.

The technology behind the production line
Laravel powered the backend processes, while Vue.js provided the operational interface. WearOS enabled real-time worker guidance through smartwatches, and AWS and DigitalOcean provided the supporting infrastructure. The platform also integrated with ERP and simulation systems to keep planning and execution synchronized.
